Yes, our storage facility has a state-of-the-art security system specifically designed to keep your belongings safe and secure. This includes 24/7 motion-sensitive CCTV, high-security perimeter fencing, self-storage coded gate for 24/7 access, fire and smoke alarms within our main facility, and fully floodlit outdoor storage areas. We also have pest control and prevention processes in place.

Yes, our self-storage containers are dry and secure. They are made from corrosion-resistant steel and manufactured to ISO standards. They are protected with marine-grade paint and designed to be weatherproof and vandal-proof for safe, dry, and secure storage.

 

They have unique, high-security padlocks which are available to purchase, or you can supply your own. The easy access double doors have locking bars and anti-jemmy lugs for added security.

 

They are also ventilated and have anti-slip, marine ply floors to ensure dampness, moisture, and condensation are not an issue. They are also rot and vermin proof.

Yes, our premises are covered by Public and Employers Liability Insurance up to £15m.

Yes. All cars, motorhomes, caravans, boats, trailers, and other vehicles must be insured for a minimum of third-party fire and theft while in storage.

 

Additionally, all goods stored in our self-storage containers must be fully insured by you. In some cases, your home insurance will cover your goods while in storage. Please check with your insurance provider.

Yes, all our electrical appliances and equipment are regularly PAT Tested to ensure they are safe to use and fit for purpose.

You need to give us 14 days’ notice before moving out.
